Berry Winter has extensive experience creating learning and development programmes having worked in these areas for the last ten years. She has provided training and development for a wealth of corporate and small business clients.

Berry also provides one-2-one coaching and mentoring at all levels of business. Working one-to-one gives much greater flexibility to meet the development needs of individuals and can increase their effectiveness dramatically in a short space of time. She has mentored all levels of management across a wide range of industries.

As a Director of JamBerry Ltd she specialises in providing performance training and mentoring for people in business. She runs courses in areas such as: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Team Building, Leadership, Change Management, Customer Care and Presentation Skills.

Simon Drury 

Simon is a business psychologist and corporate coach/trainer. He has coached and mentored vice presidents, directors, business leaders, managers and project managers in the telecommunications, legal, banking, pharmaceutical, retail and transport industries. He has also worked with sales managers and their teams and business owner-managers running small to medium-sized organisations.  

Simon is particularly interested in the psychology behind decision-making, influencing, limiting beliefs and the power of language. 

He is a Director of Art of Reinvention which comprises other experienced and qualified practitioners who also work in the field of organisational and personal development.
